Statement of supportability

As of January 20, 2009

In order to ensure that we provide optimal support and up-dated software at the best possible price, we provide support for a limited set of versions of platforms.  We strive to release about two releases per year. Customers that have a current maintenance and support agreement are eligible for license keys for any supported version. All purchases include one year of support and updates except in the case of customized versions.

Supported versions

Directory Update - v1.5, v1.6, v1.7
Directory Manager - v1.3, v1.2, v1.1
Directory Search - v1.3, v1.2, v1.1

Browsers

Internet Explorer 5.x, 6.x, 7.x (we have not tested the IE 8.0 beta)
Firefox 1.x, 2.x (we currently have known issues with Firefox 3.x and some screen controls)
Safari - Not tested or supported
Chrome - Not tested or supported

*Firefox 3.0 issues may not be full fixed until the next major release (v2.0)

Supported platforms

Windows Server 2003 SP1, SP2 with IIS 6.0
Windows Server 2008 as long as IIS 7.0 includes IIS 6.0 compatibility components
